Ok-Ok are tools for the non-creative parts of your creative business. As a first step we’ve made the beginning simpler, clearer and faster. Because a bad start can lead to a horrible process — and a catastrophic end result. We know, because we've been doing creative projects for over 20 years.
Try it by registering here, it's free and will be until version 1.0 is released later this autumn. Our intention is to keep Ok-Ok as affordable as we can, so freelancers and independent creatives from all around the world can benefit from starting better.

Proposals 0.6. A new version, including:.
• Templates. We've added 47 proposal templates in a variety of categories. For a couple of reasons: both to make it easier to get started, but also to inspire what a proposal can contain
• Upload your logo to a proposal. Finally!
• Add payment terms.
• Define default rates.
• Sounds. Proposals is now an optional sonic experience.
• UI fixes and tweaks.

Tweaks and fixes. Added highlight to selected section/deliverable. Updated icons, cleaned up the space for draggin' n' droppin', new and better placeholders, clearer copy and volume-adjustment for sounds through-out.

Saved and pre-defined deliverables. Re-use deliverables, including prices and descriptions.
AI for spelling, grammar and content help. To be honest, it's already done. We just forgot to pay the OpenAI bill.
Audit log. An overview of all changes up until an approved proposal, including details concerning signees, e g e-mail, IP number, etc, should they ever be needed.
Discounts. Adding discounts to deliverable(s) or whole proposal.
Deadlines. A custom-made section for timelines.
Team. A custom-made section for team.
